Event & Field Marketing Manager – East / Central

📋 Description

• Own Field Strategy + Execution: Build and execute field marketing programs aligned to regional
• Drive Pipeline + ROI: Set program KPIs, track sourced and influenced pipeline, measure conversion
• Partner Closely with Sales: Work with Sales before, during, and after programs on account
• Manage a High-Volume Portfolio: Own 8–10+ programs per quarter across tradeshows, executive
• Own Programs End-to-End: Manage strategy, budgets, vendors, contracts, promotion, attendee
• Make Smart Investment Decisions: Evaluate program performance, forecast spend, identify trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign
• Experience owning field programs end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement
• Comfortable managing 8–10+ concurrent programs per quarter in a fast-moving environment
• Strong understanding of pipeline, revenue attribution, conversion, and event ROI
• Proven experience partnering directly with Sales on account targeting, program strategy, and
• Experience managing program budgets, vendors, contracts, and competing priorities
