Event Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver Frontify-hosted events, executive roundtables, customer experiences, and partner
• Coordinate Frontify's presence at major industry conferences and third-party events
• Manage timelines, registration, attendee and speaker communications, and onsite logistics
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and Partnerships to engage priority accounts, drive
• Work closely with Creative team, external agencies, venues, suppliers, and production partners to
• Manage event budgets, purchase orders, and invoices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event management
• Experience independently managing event projects or workstreams
• Solid understanding of B2B conferences, trade shows, executive events, and customer experiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear communication and collaborative approach
• Confidence managing external agencies, suppliers, venues, budgets, and invoices
