Event Operations Manager - This Week In Fintech

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of TWIF flagship events from concept through onsite execution.
• Partner with leadership to develop event strategies and formats that strengthen brand and growth.
• Build and manage relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, speakers, VIPs.
• Coordinate sponsor deliverables and partner integrations for high-quality execution.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, run-of-show, travel logistics, and onsite ops.
• Develop scalable playbooks to enable TWIF’s events platform to grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, fintech, or startups.
• Manage high-touch experiences with founders, executives, investors, sponsors, and VIPs.
• Excellent organizational and project management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; build trust and long-term relationships.
• Strong eye for audience experience, hospitality, branding, and event design.
