Event Project Manager, Life Sciences (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of life sciences events
• Manage end-to-end delivery of congresses, webinars, and advisory boards
• Configure digital engagement solutions (web, mobile, portal, video, AI-powered)
• Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, teams, and stakeholders
• Setup event tech, devices, badges, and onsite tools
• Train faculty, field teams, and staff for live experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in event proj mgmt, congress planning, or medical education
• Understanding of pharma meeting workflows and stakeholder mgmt
• Experience with healthcare professionals, KOLs, societies, and corporate partners
• Knowledge of pharma compliance (Commercial, Medical, Legal Review)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech savvy with ability to configure digital event platforms
