Strong stakeholder relationship building with a service-driven mindset
Influence and escalation skills: understand pharma decision-making and confidently escalate to
Technical dexterity to deliver practical solutions (build and ship)
Balancing compliance with business needs while navigating pharma regulatory and legal review
