Event Response Global Service Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Hybrid role leading event response for Waymo Operations Center.
• Lead vendor strategy, procurement, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Enable access, data, tools, and support for vendors to deliver.
• Develop programs for vendor collaboration and scale readiness.
• Govern contract workflows, changes, and best practices across Ops.
• Manage exception handling for special events and off-nominal needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program/vendor management in operations, strategy, planning.
• Bachelor’s in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Business Process Outsourcing experience.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and PM skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive pragmatic decisions.
