Event Supervisor (Freelance)

📋 Description

• Manage guest facing operations for each event night
• Lead a local team of 15-20 staff and coordinate with Fever Ops on-site
• Oversee pre-show and post-show checklists and vendor coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large teams at outdoor festivals or immersive events
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to manage staff schedules and time sheets
• Comfort with a constantly changing environment and on-site safety standards
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Suite (Sheets, Word/Docs, Meetings)
• Experience with POS setups and ticketing operations is a plus
