  • Own end-to-end planning, production, and onsite execution in NYC and other cities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience producing corporate or internal events with end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience running complex multi-city programs independently.
  • Excellent organization, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Strong vendor negotiation, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Design-savvy with brand-aligned, high-quality experiences.
  • Based in NYC area; able to hybrid and onsite as needed; travel 30-40%.

🎁 Benefits

  • NYC base: $106,200 - $132,800 (USD).
