Events Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end production of live virtual sessions for MasterClass Executive and Certificates
• Plan and execute in-person experiences, from smaller dinners and gatherings to the multi-day
• Manage the overarching MasterClass events calendar, coordinating instructor and practitioner
• Serve as the primary logistics partner for instructors, guest practitioners, and their teams
• Build scalable event operations, including run-of-show templates, production checklists, escalation
• Own event budgets, vendors, contracts, and negotiations, making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of event management, production, or experiential programming experience across both
• Deep experience producing live virtual programming and the ability to troubleshoot calmly and
• Proven experience managing venues, vendors, AV, contracts, budgets, and on-site event execution.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a weekly
• Strong communicator who is comfortable working directly with high-profile speakers, executives
• Comfortable using event technology, data, and emerging AI tools to improve operations and the
