Events Manager, Offsites & Experiences

📋 Description

• Own the creative vision, planning, and execution of two company-wide offsites each year for
• Research potential destinations, find great hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment.
• Build a schedule with plenty of time for people to connect and enjoy the destination, alongside a
• Sweat every detail of the attendee experience, from the first announcement and travel guidance
• Manage complex logistics from start to finish, including accommodations, transportation, vendors
• Manage a substantial event budget, knowing when spending more will meaningfully improve the trip

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in internal event planning or a similar role that requires substantial planning.
• Experience producing memorable, high-touch events.
• You’re a clear, warm communicator who enjoys working with people across the company.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
