Events Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead the execution, and measurement of trade shows, conferences, client events, sponsorships
• Work with executives, Sales, Marketing, and important partners to develop event strategies
• Develop and deliver executive communications, partner briefings, planning updates, and post-event
• Manage multiple concurrent events and projects, overseeing timelines, logistics, vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years of experience within a corporate or B2B environment.
• Experience presenting to high-level partners with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Project management skills with experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience ensuring accurate execution across event planning, budgeting, and logistics.
• Experience with tradeshow and event production requirements, timelines, logistics, and execution
