Events Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the annual event calendar of approximately 55 events, adjusting priorities and
• Coordinate event logistics from planning through execution, including vendor relationships, booth
• Manage event agreements and contracts, coordinate invoicing, and handle the setup and
• Serve as the primary coordination point between sales teams and event operations, creating
• Partner with data and operations teams by providing accurate pre-event lead list inputs and
• Collect and track qualitative feedback after events, including survey responses and sales input on

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing B2B field events, including booths, vendors, logistics, and
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to act as the central coordination point across
• Naturally organized and proactive, with the ability to build calendars, systems, and repeatable
• Comfortable managing contracts, invoicing, expense reconciliation, procurement, and other
• Able to navigate approval processes, coordinate onsite teams, manage multiple priorities, and
• Interested in creating scalable systems, documenting processes, and building event playbooks that
