Events Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own global internal events from vision to budget and vendor mgmt.
• Design events that build community and reflect Palantir's mission.
• Support People Experience workflows like affinity groups and swag.
• Occasional facilitation of new hire onboarding.
• Collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, Legal, Security on logistics.
• Onboard new vendors/tools to scale capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an operational role.
• Onsite 4-5 days/week for onboarding/events.
• Willing to travel globally up to 25%.
