📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs for Strategic/Global customers.
• Manage multiple programs with scope, timeline, risks and dependencies.
• Translate customer and regulatory needs into delivery plans with Product/Engineering.
• Lead with clarity and calm leadership in high-stakes situations.
• Align across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and partners on priorities.
• Anticipate risks early and mitigate issues before impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS or hardware.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale deployments for enterprise/global customers.
• PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and change management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication, translating complex concepts for exec/technical audiences.
