Executive Assistant

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to our CRO and CMO, anticipating their needs, managing competing
• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, making thoughtful decisions about scheduling
• Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, preparation materials, logistics, action items
• Own domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, and related logistics
• Facilitate clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, including drafting
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to coordinate leadership meetings, team offsites

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the VP or C-suite level in a
• Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with
• Discretion, professionalism, and good judgment when handling sensitive information and confidential

🎁 Benefits

• Bonus tacos if you have: experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Marketing executives at a scaling
• Compensation: $66,000 - $106,000 USD (multiple tiers), plus equity and bonus opportunities.
