📋 Description

  • Provide executive admin support including calendar management across time zones.
  • Coordinate meetings with tech setup, agendas, and materials.
  • Plan detailed domestic travel itineraries and logistics.
  • Maintain departmental files and documents per criteria.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars and logistics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with video conferencing software preferred.
