📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deadlines
• Perform quality assurance across marketing funnels and landing pages, checking functionality
• Independently investigate and resolve funnel issues, broken workflows, and visual or technical
• Build, manage, and optimize AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude and Claude Design to
• Manage executive inbox triage, organize communications, and ensure important priorities receive

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing support, executive assistance, project coordination
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and landing page or funnel-building platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues involving marketing workflows, forms
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, using them as strategic productivity and
• Strong visual and design sensibility, with the ability to review or produce marketing assets that
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate
