Executive Assistant - Revenue

📋 Description

• Own calendars and time allocation for revenue leadership team, making trade-off calls independently
• Prepare executives for every meeting: pre-reads, context, and the decision needed - including board
• Capture actions out of meetings and chase them to completion
• Triage executive inboxes and draft correspondence
• Automate the mechanical parts of the role - briefing prep, triage, scheduling, recurring reporting
• Run discrete projects: board logistics, executive travel, offsites, and the revenue team's

• Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a high-velocity environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Proven judgment and problem-solving skills
