Executive Assistant to the Head of Marketing

📋 Description

• Own complex calendar management for the Head of Marketing, balancing shifting priorities while
• Ensure the leader is prepared for every day and every meeting by proactively managing agendas
• Support forward-looking calendar planning, coordinating recurring operating cadences including
• Partner with agencies, vendors, and external partners to coordinate executive meetings, events, and
• Support executive inbox management, helping prioritize communications, triage requests, and ensure
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, ensuring seamless

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing, or
• You understand how marketing organizations operate and have experience supporting marketing
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment about when and how to
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives involving many stakeholders
• Experience managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, executive communications
