Executive Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Snowflake's GTM leadership.
• Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications reflecting leaders' voices.
• Create thought leadership content (op-eds, bylines, social posts) and assist with speaking
• Build streamlined workflows for executive social media content and cross-team calendars.
• Plan internal forums and communication for All Hands and leadership Q&As.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Field Marketing to align messaging with campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in executive/corporate communications or related field.
• Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications and thought leadership.
• Exceptional writer with editorial instincts and ability to mirror another's voice.
• Operationally minded; builds systems, maintains workflows, and manages multiple workstreams.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities; familiarity with B2B tech/ GTM
