📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes across multiple global
• Lead sponsor onboarding ensuring target accounts, audience profiles, objectives, and programme
• Drive targeted outreach to senior CSP executives through tailored invitations and communications
• Coordinate meeting schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, manage shared meeting spaces, and
• Manage Invite-Only programme lifecycle including attendee wish-lists, acquisition, promotional
• Ensure invitations, reminders, onsite instructions, and communications provide seamless participant

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in executive engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international events and
• Confident communicator engage professionally with senior executives and high-level sponsor
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement handling escalations and time-sensitive issues
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on accuracy and quality
