📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and evolve the creative vision, market positioning, and
• Maintain a high standard of creative quality across pitches, projects, and client deliverables.
• Lead assigned projects as Executive Creative Director, establishing the vision from initial concept
• Own the overarching creative vision, narrative, and strategic direction, ensuring work is visually
• Lead creative discovery, ideation, initial design direction, critiques, and creative reviews across
• Provide hands-on creative contribution when needed, particularly during critical pitch phases

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital design or creative production, ideally within a creative/digital
• Proven track record leading large-scale, highly interactive digital projects from concept through
• Exceptional conceptual thinking combined with strong visual and design craft.
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to provide clear creative direction across
• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, with sufficient tactical agility to contribute
• Understanding of real-world/IRL brand experiences, their value to clients, and how they integrate
