Executive Director, Enterprise Regional Enablement

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational risk enablement partner for regional business leaders, building
• Adapt and implement enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies, Key Risk Indicator (KRI)
• Lead and coordinate regional risk enablement activities, including Risk and Control Assessments
• Oversee the regional control program, ensuring consistent implementation of enterprise control
• Strengthen regional risk management capabilities by coordinating training programs, practitioner
• Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks, and significant incidents across assigned regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk
• At least 5 years of people management experience, including leading and developing teams in
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, with at least 3 years of
• Strong expertise in operational risk management frameworks, including framework design, Risk and
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and industry frameworks, including NAIC ORSA
