Oversee lab operations across Bioanalysis, Flow Cytometry, and CDx in Frederick.
Hire, coach, and mentor lab heads in Bioanalytical, Flow and CDx.
Collaborate with Facilities, Biorepository, QA, Finance, and global site heads.
Monitor KPIs: quality events, turnaround time, capacity, revenue, budgets.
Drive operational excellence and efficiency across all laboratories.
Lead weekly/monthly revenue reporting and cost/margin tracking.

🎯 Requirements

D. in Immunology or related field.
12+ years’ relevant experience (at least 6 years in industry).
6+ year leadership experience.
Prior supervisory experience.
Direct experience with cell-based assays and bioanalysis for clinical studies.
Solid understanding of GLP, GCP or GCLP standards.
