Executive Medical Director, Oncology Early Development

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs
• Leadership of clinical study teams and monitoring of study integrity
• Oversee design, analysis, and interpretation of protocols, Investigator Brochures, Clinical Study
• Represent clinical development in cross-functional and regulatory interactions
• Serve as in-house clinical expert for molecules and diseases in the therapeutic area
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices and pharmacovigilance standards

🎯 Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or non-US equivalent with relevant therapeutic specialty
• Completion of residency and subspecialty fellowship preferred
• At least 5 years (7 preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry, academia
• Experience with immune redirecting therapies such as T-cell engagers desirable
• Ability to run complex clinical research program independently
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional global teams
