📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and boards.
• Build tailored search strategies using research, market intel, and networks.
• Advise senior leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and succession.
• Build pipelines of executive and board candidates in Banking, FinTech, Tech.
• Cultivate relationships with passive candidates across Latin America and globally.
• Conduct rigorous evaluations: interviews, leadership assessments, references.
• Present candidate profiles and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity.
• Stay current on trends/regulatory shifts in Banking/FinTech/Tech to inform searches.
• Ensure recruitment activities adhere to policies, labor regulations, and DEI best practices.
• Maintain records and reporting in ATS/CRM systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in executive recruitment with a track record of C-suite/board placements.
• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Technology; board-level search success.
• Deep knowledge of exec compensation, equity, and incentive structures.
• Strong sourcing: exec search tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia; remote with cross-time-zone collaboration.
