Drive market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy
Run structured interviews for senior candidates through close
Lead offers, compensation benchmarking, and closing strategy

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of recruiting with executive/senior leadership focus
Track record closing VP-level candidates in competitive markets
Deep network across engineering, product, or operations
High judgment to assess leaders, not just candidates
Polished communicator with founders, board members, and executives
Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools
