📋 Description

• Work on a team within the Technology vertical; build industry knowledge
• Support the team's projects, including deals
• Create financial analyses for projects, including valuation and projections
• Prepare pitch books, management presentations, information memos
• Coordinate and perform due diligence
• Participate in recruiting efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year to 18 months experience in Sell-Side M&A
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Highly motivated and confident with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong knowledge of business software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team oriented
• Able to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
• Good judgment in confidential situations and ability to exercise discretion
• Flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends, as needed
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam
• Completion of FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required on hire
