Experienced Recruiter – Technology and Business Operations

📋 Description

• Partner closely with leaders across technology and business operations to understand their teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, candidate
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that engage both active and passive candidates
• Build high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, research, and
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and market mapping through assessment
• Assess candidates for their capabilities, potential, motivation, and alignment with IMC’s culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring across technology, business
• A strong track record of identifying, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates in competitive
• The curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand unfamiliar functions, roles, and candidate
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, advise, and adapt as
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates rather than relying
• Excellent organization and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and
