Experiential Design Lead

📋 Description

• Lead creative direction across editorial tentpoles and events.
• Translate briefs into immersive environments; env design and print.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production to extend brand.
• Interpret sponsor brands to create integrated event experiences.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, renderings, and install materials.
• Oversee fabrication, color management, and on-site installation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in art direction, experiential or related design.
• Portfolio: spatial/environmental and graphic/print work.
• Strong env graphics, signage, print, typography, layout.
• Experience with fabrication vendors; familiarity with Vox Media brands.
• Pulse on culture and design trends across fashion, hospitality, architecture, entertainment.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, Splash, and Gsuite.
