📋 Description

• Manage and execute the end-to-end experimentation process in market, gathering clear evidence that
• Own designing and conducting experimentation with real merchants until defining success cases
• Participate in initiative definition forums; lead and defend experimentation activities derived
• Design and manage the experiment: formulate hypotheses, define the baseline for comparison, set
• Define PRDs and KPIs that truthfully and objectively measure experiment results (events, reports
• Drive development alongside DEVs: lead the design, preparation, and execution of the pilot

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in product and experimentation, with at least one real operation stage (not just
• Technical criteria to define instrumentation, experience designing experiments at business and
