Expert Store Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary engineering business partner to Restaurant Operations leadership.
• Build strong relationships across operations, franchise, development, technology, and supply chain
• Represent engineering on operational improvement initiatives affecting restaurant performance.
• Translate field operational challenges into engineering, technology, and process improvement
• Facilitate communication and alignment between restaurant operations, equipment suppliers
• Support restaurant operational readiness for new initiatives, technologies, and equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experiences, Operations Management, Industrial
• 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, engineering, continuous improvement, technology
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and foodservice environments.
• Experience leading projects and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
