📋 Description

• Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops across global time zones, coordinating coding assessments
• Manage calendars, scheduling conflicts, meeting rooms, and virtual conference links accurately and
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial screening through offer acceptance
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidate logistics, interview questions, and expense-related
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring workflows within the ATS, including compliance
• Monitor interviewer feedback completion and follow up as needed to ensure feedback is submitted

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR coordination, or a
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Proven ability to coordinate high-volume, complex calendars across multiple global time zones with
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling candidate information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a professional, service-oriented
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity and writing tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve
