Fabrication Technician II

📋 Description

• Operate manual milling & manual lathe machines to produce precision parts.
• Operate drill presses for accurate drilling, tapping, reaming, and related operations.
• Operate and maintain a plasma cutting table.
• Set up machines, select appropriate tooling, and determine proper speeds and feeds.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Measure and inspect parts throughout the machining process.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a manual machinist or in a machine shop environment.
• Experience operating a manual mill.
• Experience operating a manual lathe.
• Experience operating a plasma table.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the quality of your work.
