Fabrication Technician IV - Test & Launch Structures

📋 Description

• Support installation, alignment, and calibration of complex tools and rail systems.
• Conduct field work such as match-drilling, precision assembly, and field machining.
• Collaborate with design and integration teams to develop installation plans.
• Execute precision drilling, dowelling, epoxy pours, and leveling for anchoring.
• Work across launch/test sites and with third-party vendors on fabrication and integration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on fabrication, machining, or heavy industrial assembly.
• Experience operating manual lathes/mills and CNC machining systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing docs.
• Safety-focused; able to work in dynamic teams and elevated work areas.
• Background check required for on-site clearance at Cape Canaveral.
