• Lead day-to-day facility management activities, including maintenance operations, building systems

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance operations and external vendor services.
• Solid financial and accounting knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting
• Strong understanding of contract management, vendor negotiations, and service delivery oversight.
