Facilities Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee all facility maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and renovations
• Ensure coverage and performance of facility maintenance
• Oversee outside contractors
• Maintain all appropriate record keeping and documentation for facility maintenance
• Coordinate collection of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly evaluations of internal
• Train all Maintenance Technicians to properly carry out their job responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supervisory management responsibility in a laboratory setting
• Strong leadership, initiative, and team building skills
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a changing schedule
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
