  • Oversee daily ops, maintenance, and repairs across multiple facilities (AZ/GA/VA).
  • Ensure safe, reliable, high-quality experience for employees, customers, and visitors.

  • Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other building systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in facilities operations across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer-first mindset; build cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience with CMMS or other facilities management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • CFM certification a plus; sustainability/energy management a plus.
