📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of East Coast facilities.
• Ensure safe, reliable, high-quality spaces for employees and visitors.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and inspections.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across locations.

• Oversee vendors to ensure safe, on-time work within budget.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Customer-focused with cross-functional collaboration.
• Vendor/contractor management experience.
• Experience with CMMS or other facilities systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; travel up to 40%.
