📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, repair, and overall performance of office, warehouse
• Ensure facilities consistently deliver a safe, reliable, and high-quality experience for employees
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, repairs, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance
• Coordinate and oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, life safety, and other critical
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders by understanding operational needs, gathering
• Seek input and buy-in from cross-functional partners and leadership before implementing significant

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, construction, or
• Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems, maintenance practices
• A customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build alignment among stakeholders
• High ownership mentality with the ability to independently prioritize, problem-solve, and execute
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with a calm, practical approach to
