Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Lead facilities operations across multiple East Coast locations
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, repair, and overall performance of office, warehouse, and
• Ensure facilities deliver a safe, reliable, and high-quality experience for employees, customers
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, repairs, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance
• Coordinate and oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, life safety, and other critical
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and gather alignment on priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, construction, or
• Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems, maintenance practices
• Customer-first mindset
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• High ownership mentality
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
