• Oversee financial procedures and budget management across office expenses, events, travel, and

• Drive corporate real estate projects including office relocations and renovations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Organization, Hospitality, Workplace & Facilities
• At least 5+ years of experience in mid-to-senior level workplace management, corporate real estate
• Strategic project manager skilled in building and executing end-to-end project plans and overseeing
• Strong negotiator and vendor manager with expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiations
• Analytical thinker leveraging data insights to optimize space utilization and control operational
• Exceptional communicator and change manager fluent in English (additional European languages
