Facilities Specialist I

📋 Description

• Support daily facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist preventive maintenance and troubleshoot building systems.
• Develop skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
• Maintain safe, clean, and functional work environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and facilities team for timely work.
• Work under supervision to learn facilities processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in general maintenance or facilities.
• Basic knowledge of facilities trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, plans, and manuals.
• Identify maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and escalate repairs.
• Basic computer skills; experience with MS Office or similar tools.
• Support occasional after-hours emergency response or on-call needs.
