Facilities Specialist, Solar Cell Factory (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Manage, coordinate, and act as the liaison for multiple service contracts such as janitorial, DI
• Partner with Purchasing on the RFP/bid process for multiple service contracts
• Coordinate operational schedules for vendors to keep SpaceX operations running
• Work with suppliers to increase efficiency in service delivery
• Ensure vendors meet SpaceX standards while delivering promised services, materials, and
• Manage the traffic of operational requests and follow through completing of tasks that require

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, operations, or coordination
• Facilities Management Professional (FMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
• Experience organizing work with multiple trades (Preferred)
• Degree in architecture, engineering, project management, construction management, or related field
• Organized and self-driven; capable of working independently with little direction (Preferred)
