Facilities Technician

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist on-site contractors for maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance: doors, walls, wiring, painting
• Monitor and replace lights in all facilities
• Coordinate moves for departments and employees
• Manage projects independently with limited supervision
• Perform basic electrical work; know when to call an electrician

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two+ years facilities experience
• General mechanical mindset with building/utility knowledge
• Own it mindset: commit, act, finish work
