Facilities Technician

📋 Description

• Performs assigned facility inspections - HVAC, Generator, UPS systems, submit reports and recommend
• Maintains and operates all HVAC systems (blowers, roof top units, heat pump units).
• Performs general facility maintenance: lights, basic plumbing, furniture, manual repairs.
• Works with vendors for preventive maintenance on HVAC, fire alarm, generator, UPS.
• Coordinates cleaning services and trash removal.
• Responds to building emergencies (fire, HVAC, security alarms) including off-hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years' hands-on experience in facilities coordination, project management, or facilities
• Relevant qualification in building, facilities management, or construction industry preferred.
• Certification or qualification in plumbing/electrical systems advantageous.
• Proven experience with HVAC systems, generators, and UPS systems.
• Practical experience in plumbing, lighting, general building maintenance.
• Solid background in facility operations and facilities management.
