Facilities Technician I

📋 Description

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Respond to work orders and service requests professionally and promptly.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Operate basic tools safely per OSHA and company standards.
• Maintain CMMS records of work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service to facilities users.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in general maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Ability to read instructions, manuals, and simple schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification; forklift or aerial lift cert a plus.
