Facilities Technician II

📋 Description

• The Facilities Technician II maintains and repairs company facilities.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Respond to work orders and service requests promptly.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Operate basic tools safely per OSHA and company standards.
• Maintain CMMS records of work performed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years general maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work.
