Facilities Technician II, First Shift

📋 Description

• Complete facility work requests in JIRA, including repairs, maintenance, and service requests, and
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, drywall, painting, patching
• Fabricate, modify, and install brackets, guards, platforms, racks, carts, workstations, and
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, contractors, and vendors on preventive maintenance
• Inspect the facility for unsafe conditions, leaks, damage, or equipment issues, report findings
• Maintain organized, clean factory floors, shops, storage areas, and fabrication workspaces, with

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building repair, construction, or fabrication
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach lifts, or man lifts, and willingness
• Ability to share examples of prior repair or fabrication work, such as before and after photos
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
