Facilities Technician III

📋 Description

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ year of general maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred (internships or
• Basic knowledge of one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, and simple schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CMMS a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work in various environments.
